[attr="class","bckr1"] [attr="class","tytl"]STELLA APARTMENTS [attr="class","infro"]Pets are allowed, you just have to pay a $200 one-time maintenance fee which includes payment for any damages that your pet may cause, as well as grounds cleanup fee. There may be up to two people per bedroom in each unit, however, notification of those living there must be given to the building landlady (in the form of claiming apartments in the next post). BASEMENT - underground parking garage FIRST FLOOR - main entrance SECOND FLOOR - amenities FLOORS 3 THROUGH 5 - (UNITS 300-500) - lower class floors FLOORS 6 THROUGH 9- (UNITS 600-900) - middle class floors FLOORS 10 THROUGH 12 - (UNITS 1000-1200) - upper class floors FLOORS 13 THROUGH 14 - (UNITS 1300-1400) - high class floors FIFTEENTH FLOOR - rooftop garden. Apartment units vary from 1 to 4 bedrooms (four bedrooms being family units, traditionally, and are normally only available to middle class and up), each unit typically only has one full bathroom, complete with sink, separate shower, and separate tub. Each unit also includes a living space and full kitchen (includes full-sized fridge, four-burner stove, oven, double sink, and lots of storage space). There is also a washer in each unit, but no dryer. The features are all very modern and upscale. All high class units include a spacious balcony, balconies for other units are smaller, but most still have one.

[attr="class","bckr1"] [attr="class","tytl"]STELLA APARTMENTS [attr="class","infro"]Below is a list of who is living in each unit, as well as currently claimed units. Each floor has 10 units, so the third floor would range between 300-310. Once those units are filled, they're filled, you cannot move into the third floor until the Landlady decides to expand the building. We don't have a "this floor has to be filled before you can move into a different floor" policy on Seeing Stars so if you're a middle class and you want to move into the ninth floor before the sixth floor is filled, go for it. Lower classes cannot move to upper class floors, however higher classes can move to lower floors (idk why you'd want to but it's fine). Lower classes wanting to move to higher class floors must either be marrying or moving in with a significant other to move up floors, or have been given explicit permission by the Landlady (ie. wanting to move in with a close friend who is a higher class than you, etc). This is to keep up the image of the building. Normally, your slot would be filled upon your application being accepted, however you don't have to claim a room first off. If you want to secure a roommate before moving in the building, simply post in the roommate search and once it's filled, you can tag the Mysterious Landlady and she will make changes accordingly (if you wish to move / change units, just shoot her or any of the staff a pm).
