[attr="class","bckr1"] [attr="class","tytl"]APPLICATION TEMPLATE [attr="class","infro"]Unlike most forums you may be familiar with, Seeing Stars uses a Plotter-Application Template. This may be a little foreign to most people, but it's really simple! This template combines two steps into one, making your application double as your plot page so you don't have to spend hours on a plot page and as soon as your app is accepted, you can go ahead and begin the plotting process. Sounds nice, right? We thought so too. We apologize formally to everyone who love going through resource sites and looking at all the templates and using them, but we believe this will save so much time in the plotting process, already give everyone a nice-looking template, and save even more time between having to read through someone's bio then figure out how to plot with them and have everything neatly together on one page. THE APPLICATION PROCESS
The process will be fairly similar to what you're used to. You will place your wip biography in the pending board and fill it out accordingly and when you've completed the actual bio section (basics, personality, etc.) you can then respond to the notification thread with a link to your bio for the staffer to look over it. It doesn't really matter whether or not you finish your plotting section before you post in the notification thread, however once you post there do not touch your app, as if it gets moved before you finish editing, you may loose the information you were typing. Since your biography will also be your plotter, staff will not be responding to your application but instead will simply move it to the appropriate board and change your member group. At this point, you can complete your plotting section (which is really short!) and begin responding to other member's plotters!
Because we wish to limit the amount of site hoppers on our site, you have five days after you have created your account to begin your biography and then three days to complete it. If you cannot complete your application within this amount of time and still intend on finishing and roleplaying, please shoot a staffer a pm or post in the absences board!
Don't forget to claim your faces and everything after being accepted!
Please try and keep your stats (age, gender, etc) all on one line -- please abbreviate if it gets too long. If you don't, a staff member will so don't feel offended if it's edited.
HOW TO PLOT WITH OTHERS
Your biographies will be sorted into two boards to make it easier to access everyones bios -- males and females. You will then simply respond to anyone's biography you wish to plot with just like you would with any other plot page you are used to! If you would like to reserve the first post for tracking or your desired response template or anything, simply respond to your thread just like you would when normally plotting.

This is the "about" section - so it's about your character obviously! We're keeping this area relatively freeform, as everybody's character is very different! Please briefly write out your personality and history in this section. Feel free to create a list as well and edit it to your liking. Please order it personality first and history second and please clearly divide the two. If you want, you may also bullet-point your personality and/or put it in a two-column table. Just know that this template uses the [ nospaces ] tage, so you have to use [ break ] to divide paragraphs and lines.[break][break]
Please have at least five positive and five negative traits in your personality, that's really the only requirement honestly. If writing out paragraphs, please bold personality traits. Don't worry about this if you're listing, simply divide up very obviously into positive and negative. If your history ends up getting kind of lengthy, please include a tl;dr for the staff, just to help with the acceptance process.
